The Shimano Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive Conventional Slow Pitch Jig Rods are designed to meet the demands of serious slow-pitch jigging enthusiasts, especially in deep-water environments. These rods embody Shimano’s cutting-edge rod-building technologies, allowing anglers to impart the optimal jig action while maintaining complete control over the jig's fall. The use of Spiral X Core technology, which incorporates Toray Nanoalloy® materials, results in rods that offer up to 10% more torsional rigidity and up to 15% more compressional rigidity than rods built with traditional Spiral X technology. This not only reduces the overall weight of the rod but also ensures superior strength and durability, providing excellent performance without compromise.
The Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive rods are equipped with Shimano’s advanced X-Guide system, featuring titanium guides for smooth and tangle-free performance, essential when working deep-water jigs. The combination of X-Guide and Fuji SiC guides enhances the action of the jig, making it more effective at enticing bites from bottom-dwelling species. These rods also feature the innovative CI4+ Full Holding Reel Seat, constructed from carbon-reinforced material for exceptional sensitivity. The ergonomic design of the reel seat ensures comfort during prolonged fishing sessions, making it ideal for all-day jigging excursions in deep waters.
Each rod in the Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive series is optimized for slow-pitch jigging and is available in a variety of power ratings to suit different fishing needs. Whether targeting medium-light species or going after heavier game fish, there’s a rod suited for the task. The cork grip material provides a traditional feel while ensuring a firm hold in wet conditions, enhancing overall control. The Spiral X Core and Hi-Power X blank constructions give these rods unmatched responsiveness, making them versatile tools for slow-pitch jigging.
Overall, the Shimano Ocea Jigger Infinity Motive rods represent the pinnacle of Shimano’s slow-pitch jigging rods, built for anglers who require precision, sensitivity, and durability in deep-water jigging scenarios. Whether you're pursuing trophy bottom dwellers or refining your slow-pitch technique, these rods are designed to help you reach your full potential on the water.
