The PENN Ally II Circle Hook Conventional Boat Rod is purpose-built for pitching and dragging natural baits on circle hooks offshore. Its moderate-action tubular E-glass blank loads slowly and stays loaded, letting a circle hook find the corner of the jaw instead of pulling free on a hard hookset. Seaguide zirconium guides and a PENN Slick Butt keep it working all day out of a rod holder or a fighting belt.
