The Mad Katz Genesis 6750 Baitcasting Reel is a round-frame workhorse built for anglers who put serious pressure on big fish. A chrome-plated brass frame paired with hard-anodized aluminum side plates gives it the corrosion resistance and rigidity to hold up in both freshwater and saltwater, making it a natural fit for trophy catfish, stripers, and other heavy-pulling species.
An oversized aluminum spool with a line marker holds 360 yards of 20 lb mono, and the precision bearing movement runs five stainless steel ball bearings, including a one-way clutch bearing and two power handle bearings for smooth cranking under load. The Triple Carbon-X drag system delivers up to 36 lbs of max drag, while the silent double-dog anti-reverse system locks up hooksets without back play.
Built for leverage and control, the Genesis 6750 carries an oversized dual-position counterweight power handle, brass center and idler gears, a 4-point reinforced direct-to-frame reel seat, and a precision-machined stainless steel worm shaft.
