The Nexus rods are full carbon blanks that have extraordinary lifting power but at the same time are super light in weight. All models come with durable EVA grips that prevent slippage under wet conditions. All conventional models come with a trigger reel seat as well as a dual locking mechanism. These rods were specifically designed so that there would be one that fits your style of fishing for most inshore species including but not limited to Fluke, Striped Bass, Blackfish, Bluefish, Black Sea Bass, Porgy and etc.
