- Century continues to do different kinds of fishing rods. The rod starts with a Graphene blank that is feather light, sensitive and delivers amazing long, accurate casts. The rod is completely stripped down with as little material as humanly possible. They feature silicon nitride guides with titanium frames that are made for braid and super lightweight. Century uses Fuji DNPSM graphite reel seats with s double locking nut for you to secure your reel to the rod. The blank is exposed all the way until you reach the heavy duty solid rubber but cap.
